任何預(yù)拌混凝土在未添加緩凝劑的情況下，都在1小時左右進(jìn)入初凝狀態(tài)，這時再進(jìn)行混凝土澆注施工將影響混凝土的工程質(zhì)量。因此攪拌車運(yùn)送預(yù)拌混凝土有其時間控制的輸送半徑。一般控制在1小時以內(nèi)。從出料到卸料完畢的長時間為90分鐘，且攪拌筒總轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)不大于300轉(zhuǎn)。如嫌原有的卸料槽不夠長，需另外接長時，請用支柱將接長部分撐住。

關(guān)閉供水裝置的進(jìn)氣開關(guān)，打開排氣閥，使水箱與大氣相通，即可向水箱內(nèi)加水。使用壓力水箱中的水沖洗時，先關(guān)閉排氣閥，再打開氣源進(jìn)氣閥門即可(詳見產(chǎn)品上操作說明)。
