小型混凝土攪拌車在工作時要注意容量？
一、輸送混凝土的容量，質量及塌落度應符合混凝土行業(yè)標準和要求。

二、在混凝土運輸過程中罐體禁止停轉，防止造成混凝土的凝結，停轉重啟時會造成對液壓系統(tǒng)、減速機的沖擊，導致液壓泵和馬達的損壞。

三、在公路上行駛時，加長溜槽須放置在卸料溜槽支架上并用掛鉤掛牢，不允許掛在主排料溜槽上運行；主排料溜槽要旋轉到固定位置，拉下定位手柄，用鎖緊手柄將彈簧變幅機構鎖止，防止由于不固定而搖擺，造成傷人事故和影響其它車輛運行可能。

七、水箱的水量要經常加滿，以備急用。水箱加水前，須打開放氣閥把箱內空氣放掉；沖洗時打開氣閥，沖洗完畢或者停用時應將水罐內氣體放掉。冬季停放時，水箱和供水系統(tǒng)里不得有剩余水，防止凍裂。
